Ventajas: I couldn’t eat the chicken for lunch, and I told the crew to change it for me and bring the vegetarian, but nobody brought anything. I was starving until the next meal.

Ventajas: Having social distance space to take a nap
Desventajas: I sat in the middle seat of the middle of the plane and the staff kept skipping me during meal and drink service because they assumed the other side took care of me. So that was annoying. I had to keep flagging them down.

Ventajas: Great crew, excellent staff at the airport. Planes were nice and comfortable. Food was ok. They have an excellent price to quality ratio; you can often get great prices on some of the more popular destinations and the service is 5 stars.

Ventajas: I had a cheap ticket and expected much less, but food was great, crew was creat, boarding was easy.
Desventajas: The boarding was on small plane parked far away from the terminal and we had such a long bus ride I started to think "what is going on"...

Ventajas: The crew was amazing. Food was great. Clean bathrooms. Great entertainment.
Desventajas: We had our passports and boarding passes checked five times in the course of 2 minutes by five different people one after the next. My cabin luggage was searched right before boarding. I appreciate the need for security, but that was excessive and unnecessary. In the peak of the Corona virus craze, the security made all passengers take off shoes and walk without any protection. This is not Qatar Airways doing - New York JFK security B S, but I am sure airways companies have some say to change it.

Ventajas: Crew was very professional and served snacks and beverages at regular intervals. One of the fellow passengers was over reacting to some minor unintentional neglect by an female crew member and told her to shut up when she was trying to understand the issue. But the crew handled the situation very professionally.
Desventajas: Food could’ve been better.

Ventajas: I understand why this airline is ranked very high. The food was very good, the seats have more legroom even in coach and the movie selection was good.
Desventajas: The plane was about 1/4 full. Not that that's bad I just thought it should be mentioned.

Ventajas: The crew was super attentive. The seats were really confortable. I loved that the seat would completely flatten to make a « bed », wonderfully for sleeping!
Desventajas: The check in and boarding in Kathmandu was really not good. I requested wheelchair assistance when I booked, and was never offered a wheelchair nor any assistance for that matter ...

Ventajas: On March 4, my wife and I made a flight from New York to Sydney with a transfer in Doha, Qatar. We flew the Qatar airline business class. Everything was great despite a very large flight. New plane, very clean. Wide comfortable seats turning into a large comfortable bed. Great menu and good wine list. All staff are professionally trained and very friendly. All this made this flight very comfortable and we were not tired.

Ventajas: I would have appreciated that with ALL required paperwork, my stay at check in point would have lasted a little less than two hours I spent standing and waiting for a feedback.
Desventajas: Updating clients and offering a seat if it’s a long wait could have improved the situation. It is on reception that the business gets its impression. Thanks.
